In addition to our core services, we have two Family Support Workers based within two local schools, providing intensive family support services to families based within this school. This includes journeying alongside families and providing tailored support including emotional support, practical support, supporting families at home, support with parenting, attachment and building positive family relationships, assisting with practical tasks, support to attend appointments and meetings and signposting families to other 3D services and other services and supports within the community. Our Family Support Worker also facilitates peer support groups and hosts regular coffee mornings and information sessions in the school for parents to meet each other, get involved more in the life of the school, and find out about organisations and support suited to them.
