AVAILABLE SESSIONS​

We have a wide range of sessions and activities for families residing in Drumchapel, Yoker & Knightswood, to take part in free of charge. You can find out more information about each session by clicking on the BLUE session name.

Pre-birth & baby classes:

BABY BEATS - A fun-filled drop in session with music and wiggles for parents/carers with babies up to 1 year old.

BABY & ME - Drop in play session for new and expectant parents/carer and their babies. Refreshments are provided and this is suitable for pre-birth to 1 year old.

BABY MASSAGE - 7 week course to participate in infant massage, meet other parents and learn about baby development. This is suitable for 6 weeks to 6 months old and booking is required.


Toddlers & Childrens classes:

SENSATION - After school club with a wide range of fun activities and sensory play for children with additional support needs and their families.

MESSY PLAY - After school club with a wide range of fun activities and sensory play for children with additional support needs and their families.

TWIST & SHOUT - After school club with a wide range of fun activities and sensory play for children with additional support needs and their families.


Parent Groups/Classes:

DRAWING TOGETHER - A group for building friendships and being creative. This group is for adults only and will consist of arts and crafts, ad coffee and a chat.

FEARLESS TRIPLE P - Supports parents and helps them to learn new cognitive behavioural strategies for anixety management and encouraging them to apply these to themselves for their children aged 6 -14 years old.

TRIPLE P SUPPORT - Parents' group open to anyone who is doing, or has done, the Triple P programme.

SPACE PEER SUPPORT - Parents' group for parents/carers of children with additional support needs.

MUM'S NIGHT - Grab a bit of 'me' time!
