Looking to have a bit of 'me' time? Looking to meet new friends and try new activities? Have some chill out time with other dads? Why don't you come along to our dad's night? The programme is set by the group themselves and is designed to provide the opportunity to unwind and de-stress, have fun and build lasting friendships. We meet every second Wednesday at 6.30pm - 7.30pm at St. Andrews Church, Drumchapel.

Dads night is a session targeted at dads and males carers and the outcome is that isolation is reduced due to being included within a group and socialising with other parents. Dads/carers then have increased well-being due to having the chance to relax and socialise outwith caring for their family, and then due to this family relationships are then improved.

The evening is led by the group themselves who decide on which activity they would like to try. For halloween, the group spent the evening pumpkin carving, however they recently enjoyed a cooking night.
