In addition to our core services, we have a team of Family Support Workers providing intensive family support services to families. This includes journeying alongside families and providing tailored support including emotional support, practical support, supporting families at home, support with parenting, attachment and building positive family relationships, assisting with practical tasks, support to attend appointments and meetings and signposting families to other 3D services and other services and supports within the community. Referrals for this service must come directly via the local social work team.
